Freelancing for Linde Gas Benelux B.V. as Senior Site Manager EPC Project
• Organizing the Civil Construction Works in an air decomposer plant in Ijmulden Netherlands.
• Responsible for preparing the tenders of civil works, concrete construction, brickwork, underground services, steel construction, cladding, roofing, turnkey works and finishing, infrastructure such as road works and paving.
• Awarding of contracts.
• In charge of site management, quality supervision and billing of subcontractors.
• Organizing site meetings to check quality, progress and coordinating with mechanical and neighbor disciplines.
